Lumberjacks

The continuing MI gtg gals went to a lumberjack competition tonight. We were cheering for Dakota.

He was quite talented with his axe,

and saw.

And other lumberjack duties.

Plus he was cute,

But Sarah preferred the announcer with the gray beard.

I'm sure Dakota enjoyed his own private cheering squad! He really is fast on the climbing.

Used to go to a lumberjack competition almost yearly. So much fun. And I'm guessing picking someone and cheering for him made it even more fun for you. Looks like a great day.

Thanks Liz it took my Mac a long time to show the video... yes he is fast and cute to boot... well Sarah shame on those ladies... but that would crimp everyones style...
I have not been to the fort in 50 years... they did not have so much competition then but my son Chuck got to help with the flag raising and he also got the flag wrapped around him... my on my I need to get back there... much more fun the way you ladies are doing it in a group!

Well there just wasn't any more room in the car, and I refused to ride in the trunk with the kayak.
