Sandi - Thanks for sharing pictures and your memories. Glad you enjoyed your trip. These CA fires are raging this summer. Will you still go to Yosemite if the fires are still burning?

Thanks for the beautiful pictures of Pinecrest Lake. I love that area.....once, many years ago my daughter and I got lost hiking in Calaveras Big Trees SP. Returned to the camper at 12:30 AM!!!!! Bright moon that night, or would have spent the night in the forest. lyn
