Good Morning Carolb and all who follow,
Been absent from here all week, so trying to play catch up. Lots' of posts to read yet. But the first trip out with my new TT was a success. Weather was great except for Wednesday when a cold front blasted through in the wee hours of the morning and dropped torrential rain which was followed by very gusty winds for the remainder of the day. Those who were camped on the lakeshore across from me, had to batten down the hatches in order to keep from being blown into the next county
And I had water on my site, mostly where my trailer was parked, from the heavy rain. So was doing a bit of wading myself. My shoes are still drying
Have so many posts to catch up on here, but did make a quick skin of some last night. Best news of the morning is Lori's results. So very glad to hear that and also am overjoyed to read that Kathleen is going to be able to stay in her home and best of all, is getting her Shadow back
I am so happy for both of you.
Also sounds like the Ruckus is going great. Haven't looked at the pictures as yet. And Sarah is coming to MI. Great. Now hopefully I will be able to meet with those of you who are coming, Carolb to be the exception as I have an eye exam the day she will be "flying" through MI.
Determined that either a new tow vehicle is going to have to be arranged or the new TT is going to have to be sold despite just buying it as my current Flex is not that capable of towing the thing. Getting a bit of rear wheel slippage which is not good at ex-way speeds and also transmission needs to do more shifting on the inclines than it normally would without the trailer. So will be working on that issue in the future. First might get the hitch system checked out as my friend found out hers wasn't set up right. Need to find a good hitch man around the area.
But need to get moving this morning. Chiropractor apt and then off to one of our biggest local craft shows of the year
But not planning on spending too much green as the pocketbook is getting empty.
Have a wonderful day everyone.
