Are all members pinned on the map? I find it interesting to see how many are from each state. Only two of us in MN.

Only the members who request to be on the map are put on there. There's lots more of us crazy women out there! Hmmm, maybe that's why some aren't on there.

And then there's those times when Mitch accidentally moves people to other states. They take a trip & don't even have to spend the fuel fund!

There are actually 3 of us. I live west of Mpls, RitaMc is in central MN, and you in northern MN.

I think most who are displayed on map are shown only in general location. It had been decided that was good enough to give other members who might be traveling in the area an idea of who to contact about a mini gtg.
Seems to be working well although I think we still have a lot of members not shown - especially some of the newer ones who may not know they need to request participation.

And another full-timer "for instance" is Liz - she requested that she be moved to eastern MA for the summer. So, in her case, it's a general location for a long period of time. It would be impossible to move someone every time they took a trip! I would have to relinquish my Map Duties to someone with more time on her hands. Oh, wait - I'm the one with no life; there is no one to relinquish those duties to. So, I'll keep on mapping! "It's actually fun!" said the Precisionist, formerly known as anal.

I was checking out the map yesterday and for all the members we have, not many really are shown. I was disappointed, no one has to give addresses, just let us know you're in that state and when we travel through your area, we can PM and meet another of our Sistah's. Ask Carolb, she met and enjoyed visits with many on her cross country trip,

After tomorrow I will have a 30 foot driveway and I'll have electricity for 50 AMPs so I can bring Georgia home and I'll have room from any of you girls if ya wanna stop by, but I'll be leavin here in August and can't say when I'll be home again.
