Put this one up yesterday and have another one in the process of being made. A lot of fun to do and I learned a lot about how NOT to do it.

I've always liked squirrels and have fed them in my yard in the past. Not their fault that they like bird feeders.

The talent and agility of the squirrels is amazing.... And well the raccoon isn't too dumb either!

Love the barn quilt. Saw them for the first time a few years ago in TN.

While I do enjoy watching the squirrels, I've given up on trying to feed the birds - too many squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, etc - made it way too expensive. Learned the hard way that a raccoon can empty 5 pounds of bird seed in one night.

your barn quilt is so pretty what a fun thing to tackle...did I miss something or forget something? Are you remodeling cause you want to or did something happen while you where in MX?

Love the barn quilt. A new thing for me. What a great decoration!! I have bird feeders and the squirrels help themselves. Than I decided if I feed them (like the corn feeders) they'll leave the bird feeders alone. Works most of the time.
