Pondering - A ?? For Those Of You Who Have Been To My Place

Just thinking out loud here. For those of you who have been here, IF I was going to put in a drive/pad to accommodate my RVing friends that would not have to be backed in either in or out, where would you think it should be:

1) at the house (would have electric and water, no sewer, no shade)

2) over by, and in front of, the out buildings (where the Mobile Marlin is stored) more facing the pond - water, electric, sewer, no shade.

3) in front of the outbuildings (closer to the "Road of No Traffic") Shade, water, sewer, electric, street view

If it wasn't raining right now, I'd go take a peek at the slope of the property where there is real shade.

Liz, think of how high she would have to raise her rates to pay for all that construction.

Just thinking that if you put the pad nearer the house....some folks don't have as far to walk to make it to the club house.....they can't stay too long because their tanks will fill.... And that could be good.....

If someone was visiting/staying for longer periods...over by the MM would provide more privacy for everybody and full hook ups.

Stuart says he can make the run to the pond from any where.

If one is not staying for long, I tell them they are allowed to run their gray water. But Vickie's gray tank smells just as bad as her black tank because of her cooking going down the gray...

Oh, you're so sweet! But what if I got money from someone I don't like (i.e., Vickie)??? Then I'd feel obligated to let them (her) stay. Nah.
I have an asphalt contractor coming out either late this afternoon or Thursday to look it over and give me an estimate. I'm leaning toward past the outbuildings (more toward the pond) and facing the pond. That would be a nice view. Cross your fingers it's not a fortune!!

I just can't figure out how "big" to make the circle so a longer rig could make the turn(s) without a problem. I emailed my brother, the engineer, but I have not heard back from him yet.
