I can only speak for myself - I'm having a great time!!

The two food experiments, however, were not my cup of tea.
The Tropical Sweet Potato Salad - I much prefer my regular sweet potato salad without all the additions.
The German Chocolate Pie - FAR FAR too sweet. Ack.

And I recognize the visitors! Hi guys! Would say I wish I was there ... but I really am glad I'm where I am right at this minute BUT would love to be with all of you at the same time. Need to learn how to split myself in two or three or ...

Have fun! Any, hey ... we can't know if we like recipes until we try them :) Any word on if CArol will be able to make it over?

This morning's breakfast - Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits (I think a recipe from here).
They are not so pretty because I couldn't wait to eat TWO of them - yes, you read that right - TWO!!!

Mitch let Stuart swim all morning in her pond. He did very well off leash and only made me think he was heading towards the woods once. He was most happy dog and he was dry enough tonight to get to come in to watch criminal Minds with us.
