I was looking at youtube videos on certain modern cooking techniques. I have no idea why this video popped up, but I watched it and thought some of you might find it interesting. It's a guy and his wife and their cat who fullltime in a 2003 Roadtrek. He has solar AND wind power (hey, Beth...)!!

He/they also have a blog. Below are the links to both (I didn't look at the blog, as I'm not a BlogLooker)

'Campstunk' is an amazing mechanic; and is very generous about sharing his knowledge with the rest of us. My rig is the same year as his (2003) so I am thrilled he anticipates another ten good years! Lots of technical support on the FB Roadtrek group that we all belong to. The blog is written by Mike who has the new eTrek, but that's another story! Thanks for posting Mitch!
