subscibing on W RV

I get this in my profile, how to unsubscribe:
"Below is a list of forums and topics you are subscribed to. You will be notified of new posts in either. To unsubscribe mark the forum or topic and then press the Unwatch marked button.
You are not subscribed to any forums.
You are not subscribed to any topics."
OK, but how do you subscribe to forums and topics, which I would like to do - thanks

here's a screen shot of where you subscribe to topic. It's on the bottom of the thread.
And that tickbox is in the same position if you want to subscribe to each Forum (General, GTG, etc...)
