SS Application

Postby sunshinecruiserTN » Wed May 08, 2013 9:10 pm

How easy!!! I filed for social security online the other day and what a breeze! I couldn't believe that something coming from the government could be so easy. It was user friendly. Amazing.

Now, come July I can't wait to get my Golden Age passbook (or whatever it's called now) and see the country cheaply. Or whatever I decide to do. VEG

Just thought I would share for those of you who have this milestone to look forward to.

Yeah, I'm coming to the conclusion that she's as mean as you are...which had occurred to me as not being possible.

When I applied for Widow's Benefits last year, I thought the process was going to be yet another nightmare. How wrong I was. The entire process was flawlessly smooth, prompt, and error free. Surprised the hell out of me that a government entity could be so effective and efficient. Score lots of points for the SSA!!!

Good to hear from you, Carolyn. Do check in more often. How about some photos of your new crafting adventures?
