Wednesday--maybe rain

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Wednesday--maybe rain

Good morning all! :D

Wow, good to see some of you "regulars" back posting! CArol,Tina & Red, seems it's been a while, so I was very happy to see your smiling faces too! And Magic is safe--hooray!!!

Hmmm, I've been thinking of getting one of those platforms for the hitch on my HarBor. Definitely could use more "storage" space for my little 17 footer. Isn't that something that RED doesn't have a spot big enough for your collapsable bike??? Such a beautiful MH, I'm glad you & DH are enjoying it soooooo much!

Yes, Piper is taking me to training  I did well last night, only because she sat on my lap the entire class to make sure I wasn't up walking around, disturbing our other classmates! So I was a "good girl"!!!

More gardening--will get spinach seeds planted today. Mowing yesterday, the grass was noticeably dry since it hasn't rained during the 2wks I've been home. So BJ, send some of your weather this way, will ya???? We have a "chance" of rain for this afternoon!

Off for more coffee! Y'all have a great day & be safe wherever you are!!! :P

I am sitting this morning in the Fleetwood Customer Service Center in Indiana while they investigate and repair the soft spots on my floor and a few other things under the last of the warranty issues. I drove here from Cleveland yesterday and spent last night in their parking lot "campground."

Spent the weekend camping with my three small grandchildren and when I pulled out yesterday morning I hit a post and broke an awning support, a small side light, and the plastic "fender" over my right rear wheels. SO, they will also be giving me an estimate on repairing those things. I do not want to report it to my insurance if I can help it because I don't want my rates raised, so this will be out of my own pocket. Hope it is not too bad because I have been wanting to buy an electric bike.

Darn, but gotta live with it. Had a good weekend with the kids, ages 3. 5, and 6. They love playing in grandma's "camper", except the middle girl talks constantly and they all like to push buttons, which they are not allowed to do, but keep asking about, just in case the rules have changed!

Good Morning Carolb, Judy and all who follow,

Carol, like you we could use some rain too. So BJ, send it all this way and over to Carol's too. That should take it away from you folks down there. Maybe better yet, Sarah is really the one who needs to send it on. Glad to hear that Magix is safe on dry ground.

Ouch Judy, sorry to hear about your little "accident". Well, it wasn't really little, but now you are an "official" RVer since you have joined the ranks of those who have "been there, done that". Some camper down at one of the Higgins Lake State parks, hit a parking block of something, coming out of the campground office parking area and literaly ripped his entire water system out from under his trailer, holding tanks and all  So I guess yours is a "minor" thing compared to that. And from all the warranty issues you have had with that rig of yours, maybe you should invoke the lemon law and have them give you a new one.

I"m just making a quick post here this morning. Need to run off before long as I have Chirpractor appt and some errands to tend to this morning. Oor streak of great weather is continuing again today, but gradually as the week goes on, iwll cloud up and get quite cool by weekend. I'm really hoping for a rainy day for once.

Okay, gotta run. Have a wonderful day all.

Good morning !!! overcast here this morning, only morning with sunshine was yesterday. I am not sure how much rain we might need in this area, for the farmers, but we had 4 inches this past wk end and I don't know about before that. I know we have had a lot, my yard needs to be mowed but so soggy, won't be able to run mower over it or will sink and make horrible tracks. Have some from last weeks mowing . I would love to share with those of you who want and need rain. Past two week ends it has poured here, and some week days. I am complaining ladies, not bragging  I love sharing everything :D

No real news here to pass on, I'm still cleaning and sorting, that is what happens when you live as long as I have and possibly have a tendency to hoard :o  Please don't ask Liz her opinion on this

Wishing you all a great day and those traveling stay safe, please,
CArol :)

Good morning all. It rained during the night here in East TN, and it hasn't made up its mind about today. Thistle and I hiked all day yesterday, and my thighs, calves, and ankles are feeling the pain this morning. So I think we'll take a ride and maybe a shorter hike today, especially if it looks like rain. There is water everywhere here, running off the mountains and swelling the streams....no wonder the rivers are flooded downstream.

Hope everyone has a great day. Do something fun!

We have sun today so hope the rain I sent to everyone in need gets there soon! I had a long night, had to keep Toby off water & food from nine yesterday evening as he is having a hernia repaired this morning. :( :( I had to keep getting up to give Winnie water every couple of hours and of course she expected a little snack. She has that weird disease where she cannot be without water for very long at a time.I tried putting her in another room with DH and Andy but no one was going to sleep with that arrangement. No closed doors between her and her Mom. I took him in around eight and he did not want to go with the woman who took him back. As she was doing the blood work he tried to bite her. Since he was going to be next they also gave him a sedative so maybe he didn't have a chance to be upset for long before the nice drugs made him sleepy. It is so hard to have to take them in I just hate leaving them. He should get to come home this afternoon the house seems really quiet.
Gosh Ava that TB outbreak sounds really scary. I'm with you I think everyone should be tested as it seems to be happening more often.
ACK, I have to be at the dentist before long! Hope this is the last visit for at least 6 months!!

Good morning all. New to posting here but I do like to read a lot. I will try my hand at MC.
Had torrential downpours yesterday and through the night so yard is much too wet to work in today. I have been doing some major pruning of shrubs and trees in preparation for weeding and mulching. I am hoping to get all this work done before Memorial Day so that after the long weekend I will once again start rving.

Outings with the rv have been on hold since I broke my wrist last June and to say the least I am really looking forward to traveling again. So far,I have a three week trip planned in mid-July. The first week will be in Myrtle Beach,SC , the second in Chrokee, NC and the third traveling home up the Blueridge Parkway ( at least some of it). I am seriously thinking about the PA gtg in June... I will book in a couple of weeks.

It looks like the sun is out ....so off I go to get some annuals for the flower pots.

Have a great day.
