Wednesday and Painting

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Wednesday and Painting

Postby Colliemom » Wed Apr 24, 2013 7:02 am

Good Morning everyone,

Cereal and strawberries for breakfast here this morning. Have eggs, bacon, taost and sausage if anyone wants any.

Cloudy and chilly morning right now. Supposed to be sunny but cooler later on. We had just a tad of rain/snow mix during the night last night. Turned the ends of my deck and tops of my clothes poles white and left just a trace across the grass. Won't be around long. Winter just wants to keep hanging on this year and I know those over in MN as well, as those in the far U.P. here in MI are going to be so glad to see it leave. All this snow is causing the Mississippi to rise and start flooding which is not good either. Our weather guru's were talking about the latest possible chance for measurable snowfall up here last night and in this area here, they had 4 inches on May 27, 1904, so you just never know.

Well, I am going to be painting bathroom today. Last time. After this nore painting. Weather is going to warm up, so will be outdoors working in my yard and getting it ready for summer. And will also be out RV huntng probably. Looking forward to getting my lawn tractor up and running and putting it to work. Got a number of piles of debris to haul and dump out back.

Kathleen, I'm sorry you are going to have to let go of Shadow, but I wouldn't rush it as it sounds like you have time yet. Hope you can find a good home for him. Will you be keeping your rig though, so you can travel south in winter if you are up to it? I"m glad to see you posting as I"ve missed you on here. As to the weight loss, don't feel bad. Mine is all screwed up too.

After the milti chat conversation on FB last night between Donna, Dell, Soos and myself, it sounds like a GTG at Wickham is definitely in the making. Have fun gals. Carolb, I have a feeling you are on the last leg of your trip home. Drive safe.

As for me, time to get busy. Want to get that painting done so I can enjoy the rest of the day. Have a great one all.

I just copied and pasted this into the GTG room, so no morning coffee post for me today. Sorry about that----tired of typing now.

Good Morning. I am home from my job at the N Calif coast. So glad to be home. I have thousands of bugs on the windshield I just cleaned before I left. At least the inside of the windows are still clean. Thinking I will go over to our gated parking area and wash it before I park it this morning. Still have lots of stuff to unload. We also have a dump there so might flush the tanks too. Supposed to be in the 70's today so that is perfect weather to do this job.

I am ready for the "CAMPING" to begin. Have to load all the camping stuff in the MH for the season.
