A Soggy Good Morning from the 45th,
Gee, it's nice to be able to post and not be talking about a snowy morning for once. Rains moving through today and tomorrow, although changing over to snow tomorrow afternoon, but doesn't look like a big deal and this time of year it's gone pretty quick.
Dawn, I am not sure just what part of OK you are in, but I thought of you as I watched the Weather Channel last night with reports of tornadoes and deadly storms in OK. Hope all is okay where you are.
Had a pretty good day yesterday. Went to Chiropractor in a.m., did some shopping, picked up some paint to repaint the bathroom, and went and bought a new mattress set. Hope if helps the back situation. Then decided to take the dogs for a ride to Indian River and we walked Burt Lake State Park for awhile. They enjoyed all new snifs of course. Burt Lake is starting to open up along the shoreline of the park, in some places about 25 ft. out from shore. So Ms. Tessa just had to initiate her 2013 wading season. Brrrrr. But I guess since she is living on borrowed time so to speak, she may as milk it for all it's worth. She didn't wade in that far. Maybe knee deep for her.
BJ, thanks for your input on the Yoga class. I had been going to a Seniors Exercise class that is a mix of Aerobics, Dance, Yoga, Muscle Moves and a bit of everything thrown in. Our instructor is really good and when you are done, you know you have had a good workout. But right now, I am not quite ready to return to the class. My Chiropractor says I'm pretty close though. Now that we are getting rain and my yard is clearing of snow, I will be outside doing yard work and that is a good form of exercise for my muscles as it moves a variety of them around. So I will probably not return to gym class till fall. Today I am heading in fora half hour massage. Ahhhhhh.
Seems to be a tragic week this week, with storms, the Boston bombings and now that big explosion at the fertilizer plant in TX. As they say, it comes in bunches. My heart goes out to all those who were injured, killed, lost homes, family members and what notand i hope nobody on this forum had any family or friends in those places.
Lori, glad to see youa nd Ernie are slowly moving up the line. Wow Judy, you don't mince it when you hit the road do you. But sounds like you are in a nice spot even if it is in the off season down there. Now take your time heading home with this weather front coming through.
Have a wonderful day all. Those in the path of the storms, stay safe as well of those of you who are travelilng.
