The last time I went to Home Depot the only registers that were open were 2 self check out. I always have trouble with them and the people ahead of me were having problems. I ask the employee that was standing there watching them if they were the only registers open. She told me I could check out at the service desk where 2 Einsteins were trying to do a return. I finally set what I had down and walked out. Hope they got that on camera.
I'm becoming a very grumpy old lady too.

I haven't had a bad experience at Sams. When there are a lot of people, even when most cash registers are open, they usually have someone scan the items in your cart. When you get up to the register and your card is scanned, your cart items automatically come up and all you have to do is pay. I Like It.
I'm not good with the self check out either. There is always something I have that sets off the bells. UGH. Linda
