Good Morning CArol and all who follow,
Glad you made it home before the snow comes, CArol. Well, at least you won't forget what it looks like anyway,
And even if you have some, it will be short lived, not like here, where we have had it since December, had a couple of big thaws and then winter really set in. February was the snowiest month on record here and March has been very wintery too. After a week of snow and clouds, we are finally seeing some sun. Have around 2 feet of snow here right now, so will be awhile before we see the ground. At least this most recent storm will miss us.
I've been absent from Coffee for most of this week, so have had to do a little reading to catch up. Seems like everybody's doing okay, just waiitng for spring. Need to extend a Welcome to the latest batch of newbies. Have yet to read through Introductions.
I had my Ultrasound done this past Wednesday and am awaiting the results. Should know in a couple of more days hopefully. The wheels move very slowly up here it seems. Friend has hers done the day before mine and is still waiting on hers as well. I have an appt. set up with my NP for Tuesday, so hopefully the results will be in by then. Otherwise it has been a busy week per say. Been to the Chiropractor evey day for minor things and also some very nice massages on my back. They have felt so good. Soon as we find out the results of my Ultrasound, I will get a deep tissue massage done again. Have also been running errands and just seem to be keeping busy.
Ms Tessa had her two week checkup this week as well and other than her Phosporous levels being elevated a bit, she is doing okay. BUN and CREA levels are a little high, but about where they have been. So with an increase in her meds to control the phosporous levels, and a check over, she was happily sent on her way, with instructions to keep up the antibiotics and see her in 3 weeks this time.
This Colliemom is happy to report that I am investigating the RV scene again. Kind of thinking of getting a small rig to do some short term camping adventures this year again. My Flex can tow up to 4500 pounds, so not sure if I want to go into a pop up, a hybrid or small TT. Looking to see whats out there, picking up brochures, studying the interneet etc. When I get to the bottom of my health issues and the weather warms up, snow melts etc., I will start prowling the dealers lots and watching the used want ads as well. Am also keeping an eye out for a used van that i can make a project out of.
Time to move along here. Just stopping by to say hi and wishing you all a great day.
