Try saying that fast a couple of times. We left San Carlos this morning, passed through Cuidad Obregon and Navajoa then on to the beach again at El Mirador RV in Huatabampito. It was an uneventful trip but as always very interesting. When we are on a toll road with tolls of $152 (pesos) you tend to think you are on a freeway. NO NO - you aren't. Just some of the sights we saw while driving. Sorry about the quality of the photos the windshield was DIRTY. This is a four-lane divided highway - mostly.Sharing the road....
when you see a sign saying cattle you better believe it and watch out
this was the outskirts of a big city in an industrial area
And at every stop light, toll booth and tope there is someone selling something.
the diamond shaped sign with the bumps means TOPE slow down or else - the tope is a BIG speed bump.
Truck stop
now that is a convertible.....
These were actually pretty neat chairs - there is a tope there
Then the final stretch of the road that was damaged last fall by a hurricane - fun - as always The Driver was not bothered
Where we finally ended up - out the front window of Alfie
We are right on beach. Have more or less Internet and tomorrow should be able to hook up Direct TV and our phone works. What more could we ask. Until tomorrow - BTW the sunset was beautiful.
