It is beautiful Chris. It will be easier to get in and out of the driveway than the 5th wheel. You should have sheets on the bed and ready to spend the first night in her. Just close all the shades and pretend you are out on the road.

Red, I think you may have had a first - two new rigs within a matter of months - and all the feelings that go with that!! I want to hear you have been in the pilot's seat going somewhere! Don't let DH have all the fun!! Enjoy!!

Don't worry!! I'll be in the pilot's seat. Couldn't keep me away, but have to take time and learn.

Oh my -- I am new to this forum so missed this story. Love "RED", but what happened with the first rig? Do you have a link to a previous thread? I'd like to avoid that kind of thing myself as we are thinking of purchasing our first MH this year.

Thanks!

Last Oct we bought a new truck and a 5th wheel. After our trip out to AZ in Jan we decided we (DH) really wanted a MH...so now we have one!!! :P

When I bought my big (30') rig I got a great piece of advise: "Drive the front end and the back end will follow" and "Swing wide". Best advise I was given. Enjoy and have fun. She's a beauty.

I have reservations at Guadalupe River State Park in April - should be nice that time of year, and it's not that far of a drive. Just sayin'!
