Come Rain, give me a break, Tueday...

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Had you tried for long before you started the engine? Clicking could mean you flooded it first. Can you tell I've done that, too?

I might have flooded it trying to start it before the batteries had a good charge. After it sat overnight plugged in is when it started. Didn't know that about flooding it.

I learned it the hard way, too!

It has been a long but fairly productive day. I was in Quartzsite before 9 to have the furnace looked at. I pulled into the lot and a man coming out of the store with a package of toilet paper stopped near the front of the truck looking at me. Long story short, he saw a woman by herself in some type of RV and he is looking!! He made no bones about it tho he wasn't crude or anything, but one got the picture.

New thermostat is being ordered. RV Lifestyles in Q gets an A in my book so far!

I got back to Salome, LeRoy was right there to get me backed in and hooked up. I suggested we go to Goodyear/Avondale and do our shopping instead of waiting for another day. Off we went! L forgot his wallet! :)

Carolb is coming through Friday for a night! Woohoo! I am going to meet in her Quartzsite to boondock and then I will stay on. The thermostat should come in plus we have a RZR ride already planned there for Tuesday. Works out well for me! I told the riders I would be going out to stay the night before so I wouldn't have to get up so early Tuesday morning!

The clouds have thinned out enough to see the near full moon (no view last night) here in Ocala. Love full moons.

For some interesting info on moon, see http://home.hiwaay.net/~krcool/Astro/moon/

Moving day again tomorrow - on to another adventure as I slowly make my way home.
