Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Ditto on your bathroom color, Sue - I love it! :D Thanks for telling us the color - I think I'd like to use it in my house too.

Louise, that's a great van! what year is it? It looks newer than mine (2004) - does it have anything on the inside yet or do you get to start with a blank slate? :D You'll be delighted with the mpg! My bro is fixing one up for himself too - so far he's added an antique cabinet from the house, an extra captain chair that he got from a company here that does custom vans (customer decided they didnt' want it - so he got it cheap), uses magnets to hold material for privacy curtains, etc... He has more energy & ideas than I do... Can't wait to see what you do with yours. 8-)

Sharon, thanks for the beautiful sunrise - I couldn't sleep last night either. Had an appt for servicing the minivan early this morn & noticed around 11:30 pm it had snowed - pondered all night whether I wanted to take it in or cancel - silly thing to loose sleep over, but hey what can you do? Took it in - roads were clear, drives great! :)

Carolb is GTGing her way across the south - stay safe, girlfriend.

Dawn, Which spin dryer do you have? I really am considering getting my daughter the Wonderwash & spin dryer for her laundry when she strikes out on her own... heck, they might be her graduation gift!  Now I'll have to look at the Panda washer too - I assume you have the mini-compact one?

Kathleen, way to go!!! I need to get serious about walking more & dropping some weight - your posts are very inspiring... I just need to 'do it'!
And Ava building your own shed - that is terrific!!! what a good son...

Well, I'd better get going - need to clean up around here, do laundry, etc.
Everyone stay safe & enjoy the day!

Thanks, Dawn... That's what I had narrowed it down to, but I wasn't sure which dryer you had. I hope to 'inherit' them from her once she gets established & I start to roam more. Then again, it might work out like the GPS I bought for her for her 16th birthday - I kept possession of it for a few years before I finally got one myself.

Catherine, I just ordered the spin dryer for myself yesterday after I saw Dawn's in action. It is quite the machine! I can't wait to get it which should be late next week or sometime the following week.

It's cool here in Ocala. Steve just put water in our fresh water tank so he can disconnect our hose since we're supposed to get down below freezing tonight. We'll also turn on the arctic package to keep the tanks heated while we're having this cold snap. Next week we'll be back in the 80's. Crazy weather.

Carolb, it was great talking to you! I'll call you before the weekend is over. Enjoy your visits along the way!

To all the others on the road and those headed north out of the Keys, travel safely.

Dawn, those are great looking little washers and dryers and they aren't that heavy or big!! Does the washer spin out the clothes fairly dry?

BJ, the washer does not spin the clothes at all. It drains by gravity. The spin dryer is really needed because it spins the clothes where they are just barely damp. I hang them in the shower and by morning, they are ready to fold or hang up and put away. Neither machine is heavy at all. This has really solved my laundry problem. I don't like laundromats.
