I've put out two Terro baits inside. I have to move my campsite tomorrow, so I will not put out baits outside until then. In the meantime, I made sure my water hose and electrical cord are not touching the ground.
There seem to be fewer of them on the kitchen counter, but I am not leaving any food on it to attract them anyway.
I am on pea gravel, so hopefully that will help. I had a problem in a national park, Martha, and the campground people (not rangers) said the same thing, but they said they would go over and look at it. When I got done with my laundry and went back to my site the ants were gone, so I suspect they sprayed anyway.
All you new RVers! Make sure you buy some Terro and borax and other things just in case you need it. I bought mine 5 months ago, and now I really needed it. Glad I stocked up.
