50 amp, 30 amp

50 amp, 30 amp

Postby Redwahine » Sat Feb 09, 2013 2:57 pm

Our Montana is set up for 50 amp. I have the adapters to plug into 30 amp and 15 amp from the end of the 50 ft, 50 amp chord. However, my problem is that the 50 ft, 50 amp cord is so darn heavy to take in and out, up and down. We really only need the 50 amp if we need both A/C at the same time. Has anyone used a 50 amp -> 30 amp adapter at the rig connection and a 30 amp cord?? I'm having trouble finding the connector that has 50 amp male to put into rig connection with a 30 amp female to accept the 30 amp chord. Thanks everyone.

Thanks Mitch. That's it. If it were a snake it would have bit me
But, I'd like to find the one that has the screw in male end like the one I currently have that attaches to the rig. :P
