Some bad news right now around the country. A shooting situation in Phoenix with the shooter still on the loose. And the devastating tornadoes in Georgia! Hope all our sisters are safe in those areas!

Getting very cold up here in MN. Temps have dropped about 20 degrees in the past few hours. Heading into the below zero temps for the next few days with windchills down to -35 below zero. Brrr! Winter sure isn't over yet!

Got a burst of energy and did some cleaning around my apartment today. Much needed! Was planning to go to my dad's today but just too darn cold to go out.

Looks like tons of fun going on in Florida this week! Yay! Sure wish I could have made it down there. Hopefully next year!

OK - now I'm going to worry until I talk to my mom tonight. Adairsville, GA is northwest of Atlanta - my mom and sister and niece all live northeast of Atlanta.
