Another nice day in Louisiana. I hope the frigid weather keeps sliding off to the East and not South.

Yesterday I was cleaning in my motorhome and found out that I have water in the bathroom but not at the kitchen sink. It's always something. It worked on our trip and was working a few days ago. I tried hooking up a water hose but still water in the bathroom and not the sink. Cleaned the faucet strainer, it wasn't that. The pump is working but while I was looking for the problem I notice that the pump has a small leak. I called my RV place and was surprised that I can bring it in Monday.

My old cat is losing weight. I had her checked out a couple of months ago and the vet didn't find anything except that she is 13. I feed the other cats IAM's for weight control. Need to see if I can find some better food for Pepper. I would have to shut her up in a bathroom or kennel to eat. When I do that she thinks she is being punished and most of the time won't eat.

One of the cats threw up on my printer controls and now I can't copy anything. Grrrrrr It will print from the computer but the buttons won't work and it keeps turning itself off and on. I have been blowing air on it with my hair dryer for 2 days and that hasn't helped. If I want to copy something I have to scan it from the computer and then print it. What a pain.

CArol, now we have someone else to speculate about. Invite your new "friend" to the GTG. That aught to scare him big time.

Here I am, still at home. There were just too many things that happened, between Elsie's repairs, Andy being sick and the weather being so cold I just chickened out. Haven't been posting as I am just too bummed out. Thanks for thinking of me. Hope you all have a really great time. Keep and eye on CArol you know she took lessons from Sparkle and may have her secret recipe...

Good afternoon
The WiFi connection here leaves a lot to be desired; having trouble staying connected long enough to read much less post.

I would have bet money that I put 2 place settings + some spoons of flatware in Magic a couple of months ago. It is not to be found anywhere. Did you ever try to eat a bowl of Cherrios with a flimsy plastic fork? Went to mix up some tuna salad for dinner last night - no bowls (other than small paper) or containers. I had saved a couple of small coffee cans to use as spacers; ended up making the tuna in one of them. Wrong size and shape but it had a lid. Hard to mix with the little plastic fork too.

I did finally locate my Robo Grips this morning. Was getting worried that they might also be among the missing.

Sun is warming nicely today and for 1st time I've switched to long sleeve tee shirt.

Am going to rearrange one more cabinet this afternoon. Didn't realize Magic would serve as a jungle gym and my knees are not too happy about all the climbing. I cannot reach cabinets without standing on dinette, bed or chair; even then cannot reach back of two of them. Maybe my flatware is hiding there. If don't work on cabinet, might just go sit in the sun.

Still excited to be on the road heading to my first gtg in my own RV. (Been to other gtgs but stayed in cabin/motel, or last year with Nan.)

BJ - Sorry you are not going to make it to FL.

Have a great day.

Had an awesome time in Q. Home now. Raining. Depressing. It's turning into a jammie day. Sent for the Presidential thingy that Sue posted about. There goes CArol again, she does it all the time! Hussy!

Way past morning, but thought I'd post anyway. Can hear the excitement for the FL gtg. After 3 nts at the shooting range north of Phoenix we headed to Tucson today. Back at Lazydays campground. We will continue sight seeing our list. there is so much to do here. Laying here with a cool breeze blowing and the sunshine against purple clouds on the distant mountains. Beautiful. It is suppose to rain tonight and all day tomorrow. Decided I'd rather weather the storm at a RV resort than in the mud. I really enjoyed being in the middle of the desert, yet so close to Phoenix. However, I'm tired of the dust. Don't know if I have a dust allergy, sinus infection or good ole head cold, but I feel miserable. So looking forward to a soak in the jacuzzi, a long, hot shower, washing my hair and a nap. They even have a nice restaurant ( can charge to your space !!) for dine in or carry out. Wish I could be in FL now and meet up with many more of the sistahs. Have a great time. Want to see pictures. Aloha y'all

Well darn CArol, don't be like that.

Sarah, you need to get one of the little stools that folds flat. I have to stand on one to see in my microwave because it's over the refrigerator. TJ Maxx had some the last time I was in there.

I was going to bring my tablet to my son in Lafayette but never could get in touch with him. I don't have a trip planed this month so he might as well use the internet I'm paying for. Went to Walmart to replace some of the things my son threw away out of the refrigerator. He takes expiration dates way too seriously.

I have one of the folding stools - use if for so much. I'm short, so stand on it often, but also sit on it outside sometimes when covering tires, or sometimes when dumping, etc. That little thing has paid for itself over and over. Replaced a bigger step stool I had the first couple years. I can manage with just this little one which surprised me. But I need it often.

.

I also vote for the little folding stool. I've seen them for around twelve bucks.
Couldn't reach my trailer's microwave without it.
(Even with it, it's a tippytoe peek...shut up, Vickie.)

I think Mitch should trade the MM for a pop-up camper...

So where would one be able to get one of those folding stools for about $12?
