Boy howdy, I sure hope you get your window to get out of there. We were watching the weather on all sources we could find and decided if we did not leave today, we were losing our window too. It's supposed to ice up in MS where we were tonight. We did get out and are between Mobile and Pensacola now. It's raining here, but no freezing in the forecast for this far south. The local weather guy is saying high winds tomorrow, but I am hoping that doesn't happen and we can continue down the road to Florida tomorrow. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and Wendy to be able to get on the road by this weekend.

Thanks, ladies. There is still hope - its just a matter of when.
Late night looking better as now saying we will hang just above freezing again so concern is more rain/flood but without sleet/snow until mid morning Thursday.
Anchor man on news made some crack about all the changes in forecast over such short time. Weatherman made me laugh. At first he went into discussion about the different models then looked up sheepishly and said "the best way to know whats really going on near term might be to stick your head outside and see".
