We did the hugs...short walks for the dogs....then settled in at our site for adult beverages and chatting...Ernie made us Shrimp Gumbo with hard rolls ....
And a campfire, that kinda' died on us as we were all so busy talking and didn't pay attention that it needed more wood...but the evening was warm enough to do without it..just a lite jacket and we were fine..
Along with the beer and wine....
This morning we were up and I built another fire until the fog lifted . And had our coffee and yummy muffins that Carol had made at home and brought with her..
Then we took the 3 dogs for a long walk along the pond and around the area on the tank trails...we sure did "poop them pups out" literally and figuratively speaking...

Hated to see Carol and her 4 legged kids leave, but know she's heading for FL to visit her sister and to meet those going to the GTG.....but we did talk about getting together this coming summer along with Irmi & Steve and anyone else that want to come....I see another GTG coming..
