I just happened to look at my "confirmation" paper from Echo Lodge Resort and it says...ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK WITHOUT A REFUND......Wow, they mean business. Again, let me explain that this is merely an RV park like any other....it is not a fancy resort, it may have been at one time but that was a long time ago. it's location, location, location.....right on the river that makes it so appealing to me. sparkling water outside my window with cliffs on both sides of the river....

Probably means freezing cold mornings and very early sunless afternoons...will see. But those darned burros are sooooooo cute.

For those of you wanting to boondock with Beth and I, please pm me and I'll send you directions where I'm at and my phone number. If you let me know when you'll be there, I'll stick around camp and come lead you in if you're not comfortable looking for me. Because this forum is open for the public to read, I don't want to post them here.

From I-10 west bound:

Exit 19, turn left, go to end of road, turn right (Kuehn street). Go to stoplight (about 1 1/2 mile) intersection of 95 and Kuehn st, turn left. About 1/8 of a mile, left turn lane, La Posa North.

From I-10 east bound:

Exit 17, turn right, go to stopsign, turn left (Kuehn street), go about a mile to intersection of 95. Turn right, about 1/8 of a mile, left turn lane, La Posa North.

From Arizona 95 North:

North on 95, pass La Posa South, keep an eye out for La Posa North on right side of road, you'll see the big tent ahead and to the left.

Sharon, I tried several times to PM you, but kept getting an error. Please send me directions and your phone number. I won't call you until I'm lost so you don't have to hang around :) Not sure if I am coming 17 or 18.

Who knew?? Did any of you?? Guns and camping ?? DH and I like to shoot trap and skeet and he asked me to look up any gun clubs in AZ. The interesting part is that some of these gun clubs have adjacent campgrounds with full hookups. For instance Tucson Trap and Skeet Club has 200 full service, full hook up spaces. The catch?? They are not zoned or licensed as an RV park and it is only available to members. However a membership is $10 for a week, $25 for 3 months. They are full when there are tournaments, but otherwise just big empty parking lot with 200 full hookups. Checking to see if there is a nightly charge. There is another one North of Phoenix as well that is more like a desert park connected to the Gun Club. :P

   you're right. The Price for the RV spot includes your clays as well!!! However, my poor neck will only take so much  My biggest problem will be getting DH to leave, there is a big casino just a couple miles down the road as well  Is there a bus from Tucson to Q ???

Ava is in Phoenix, long way to catch that ride. Check the place and clay pigeons out, and remember they will be there to return to later...after time with us in Q.

Hello All
Donna and I have arrived in Q. We have a 14 day pass and are at Hi Jolly until we can meet up with the rest of you.
So, Snowball, where in Q can we find you and what is there to do while we wait?
