Saturday Morning, Where's everybody?

Hanging around my son's house in cold, cold, Ohio. Brrrr. It is pretty with all the snow around, but I am missing the warm shorts and t-shirt weather in Florida.

Right now my two grandaughters are napping and my grandson is watching Disney TV with me. Or rather, he is watching and I am on my laptop.

Will be headed back to Tampa tomorrow morning. Hope my RV is safe and sound in the parking lot. Got new glasses to pick up this week and will need to refill my refrigerator. Also, I bought some new shorts last month, but will be looking for my favorite stretchy ones from Kohl's. Got to get a new photo taken as well, so I can replace the one I have on my class that makes me look a lot heavier--maintly because I was when it was taken.

Okay I'll fess up and say I was here early this morning, too... ...read a little then decided to go back to bed....I've been working on my cross-stitch project today...It rained until Noon and has been windy & cloudy the rest of the day.......Am starting my "things to do" list for getting ready to move on New Year's Day....just up the road about 40 miles to Ft. Stewart's Holbrook Pond CG.....mostly moving stuff to safe havens so it doesn't "travel" in the 5er while the 5er is traveling....

Ernie's making pizza tonight for supper...So will only have clean-up duty to do....

Dawn, I saw a drying rack in someone's blog that looked interesting. It's called the Lehigh Secure Line DRC24 Drying Rack, 24-clip and Amazon has it for $13.76. Looks like it could be hung in a shower and not take up too much room. Hope you are able to stop smoking. Wish my sister would make the effort. She has been sick for a month with cough and cold symptoms and can't get rid of it. I'm sure the smoking doesn't help.

I got back from Florida tonight. We were half way across Mississippi at 4:00 and decided to try to make it home. We drove 700 miles today. If I had been by myself I would be sleeping in Mississippi. Fell asleep trying to watch the 10:00 news and now I'm up at 3:00 am. It was 70 in Jacksonville this morning and the farther East we went the cooler it got. Was 45 by the time I got home. We had my grandson from Christmas until this morning. His mother acts like he won't be able to be away from her. I promise you that when he gets with us he cries when he has to go back.

Better see if I can go back to sleep.
