Welcome home, Vickie! And with that menu you might have several more at your table... Invited or not.

Okay, maybe on my way back from someplace warm with palm trees.
However, a year can bring so very many changes, as many of us know.

But I still think you're a Doofus and well, some may think I love ya. It's not true, but some may think so...
(thank you, Beth, for founding this Forum and giving me HER...)

Mean to mean? Oh you give me so many opportunities!

And the more the merrier, we always hand a plate & make room for anybody that shows up...less leftovers to have to find a place in the fridge for! :D

The forum is home, Vickie. Well, your second home anyway.

GOOD MORNING TO ALL!

I hope all made it safely and intact through yesterdays tornadic activity. I will look forward to hearing soon!

It's another warm day here, but rather windy. They are saying our wind will pick up and that we have at least a 50% chance of rain this afternoon. I didn't go swimming yesterday, as it wasn't quite that warm! I have been in the pool on Christmas Day for the past two years I have been down here.

Although I spent the day alone here, I Skyped with both of my kids and their families, so it was next-best to being there. This electronic age is amazing!

No plans to do much of anything today but vacuum and wash some clothes....I will also take the pups for a walk before the rains hit. My home in upstate NY checked in with a tempreature of 6 below zero F. this morning. I am hoping the kids might stay put until after the blizzard that is due there in case our power up there goes out-----they can keep the woodstove burning to prevent freeze-ups. I also left them a generator that could even keep the Monitor kerosene stove burning, too.

Happy day after to all, and may you all have a fun day wherever you may be. Coffee is hot and hazlenut flavored with sugar cookie creamer----YUM!
