Pineapple Casserole

Now, I have not made this..but am making it this weekend... My hubby had this at the Preacher's house and thought it was very
good....so...being I am making a Ham..I'm gonna give this a try...

Pinapple Casserole

Serves 6

1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
5 slices bread (cubed) White Bread
1 cup sugar
1/2 of #2 can of crushed pineapple (drained) - (I think it's 10 0z.)

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, beat well
Add pineapple
stir in bread cubes
Bake in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole- uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour
or until light brown

Good hot or warm
Serve with ham, chicken or pork
