Nancy, I am so sorry to read your neighbor is making your life even more difficult. You are definitely in my prayers and I agree that I hope everything goes in your direction and he gets stuck with HUGE legal fees. I don't have a shovel, but can certainly go get one!

I am glad you have your brother and son there for you. Lean on them all you can. I agree about taking just the short little trips too. They can ease your mind just to get away for a weekend, or a couple days. We are all here for you. Lean on us too. We have broad shoulders and can be good sounding boards. I know you have thought everything through and it does sound like you are making good decisions for you. Just call me or PM me anytime you need to just talk.

Prayers and {{{{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} to you and for you.

Nancy, I can't add to what the others have said. You are such a strong person and don't deserve this, but at least you have your family nearby. Lean on them and on us. We are here to listen, give hugs, PM, whatever we can do to help. My Mom always says, "this too shall pass."

Nancy, I'm sorry to hear your struggles, you know we are all here for you. I too believe things happen that we don't understand. In addition to what everyone else has already said, the thing that stuck in my mind is that you just never know how you will touch the lives of those ladies you sit with or the children that you babysit. In addition to that, you have mentioned numerous times how wonderful your son is, he didn't get that way on his own and now you will have the opportunity to influence the life of your nephew in the time of his parents divorce. Stay strong, cry and vent when you need to and we'll be right here for you.

Nancy, thinking of you and adding you to my prayers. Try and take some short trips, just to get away. It's good that you have things to do and places to be. Good luck.

I would like to reiterate what everyone already said. A big ditto. Remember that you are still very much a part of the family and we want to hear from you. Love, hugs and prayers.

I can barely type through the tears...Thank each and everyone of you. I have always felt this was truly an exceptional group of women, so much talent, compassion, love for all God's creations. I will survive this and maybe I will find I'm at least half the strong woman many of you have expressed. I will keep you all posted and again thank you for your prayers..I include you all in my daily prayers and all you need do is give me your name to lift you up personally to a loving God.

Nancy,
You are now definitely surrounded with prayers and ((((((((((((blessings & peace)))))))))))))))
Please do know how much we all care for you. We may not have traveled the exact road you are navigating but will be here for you & do understand how unsettling unexpected turn of events like this can be.
I thank God for each of you frequently & feel blessed that you have shared this with us so we can storm the heavens on your behalf. :)
PS. I have several shovels  - although I tend to let God fight my battles - He ultimately knows better than I in how to handle these sorts of things. And, Nancy, you are so right... He will carry & guide you through this... :D

((((HUGS)))) Nancy, I'm so sorry you have to deal with all this, but you seem to be making the decisions as you go along. Tina has summed it up so well, that I can't think of anything to add to it. You are a strong women and have already overcome much adversity in your life. I know with God's help, you will overcome this and find the right road for you.

As to your neighbor, if that "Personal Injury" suit was filed here in MI, I would first want to know his extent of "personal injury". Was he hurt on your property? What was he doing on your property to begin with. Unless you have given him the rights to use it, that would be constituted as trespassing and therefore, you should be going after him instead. But since I don't know the details of it all, I will not pass judgement. Just know that you are in my prayers and please, please keep us informed and check in with us We all care about you.
