in Salt Lake City in July we have a huge parade to celebrate when the pioneers arrived in SLC
they have separated the horses for the most part have the horse parade the week before I believe

If you ever had to march behind horses, you know why they separate them... especially if you have to march in formation.

What fun! The scenes are very reminiscent of Saranac Lake's winter carnival, which I really miss being down here in the warmth. Thanks for sharing these! They all turned out great, even the videos!

That was great, Tina, thank you! And the boys looked so handsome in their Christmas finery! And they aren't the only ones who still miss the big red elf.....

:lol: :lol: yep!! Marched in a band in the Rose Parade many years. Now they actually put bags around their (the horse) butts to catch it :lol:

So glad you went to the parade ad shared it with us.
We all miss the Big Red Elf but the other boys are looking good all decked out for Christmas. What a perfect Christmas card.
