Boy, don't I know that. I told someone on the trip to AK that Abby REALLY freaks out when her head is covered by a blanket or sheet or such. Couple of days later, this person told me, "She didn't freak out at all." What killed me is that this person even tried!
Then I told a neighbor that Abby doesn't like to be picked up. I was watching this neighbor in my bedroom with Abby on the bed. Neighbor went to grab for Abby to pick her up (I was watching) as Abby was trying to get away. Neighbor told me, "She asked to be picked up." Again, what killed me is that she even tried and then liked about it (she didn't know I was watching). (Now Abby won't go near her!)
Nope, I trust no one with my dog - I used to think just kids. I no longer think that.
If anyone is going to abuse my dog, it's gonna be me.
Speaking of which, I need to go give her, her daily thrashing.
