A trip to the Bakery in Malpica and dinner out in Plaza

Kept busy yesterday. Drove inland to tiny town of Malpica to go to the bakery there. Got lots of good stuff, then to Concordia for some of the home made ice cream in the plaza. And last night we saw a fireworks show and had dinner in the plaza. Took lots of pictures.

Love this post. Love the colorful church and hate that they aren't selling. I wonder if part of the reason is how early it is in the season. Even here in AZ we don't get full at the parks until Jan 1st. And I remember Jean and I had lots of places to ourselves in Baja in December, but come the 2nd week of Jan or so - everyone was catching up and all the caravans were coming. Hopefully you'll see lots more people in a month or so.

But I also know so many say they won't go - like you've posted on - and it makes no sense. If they won't go because of drugs, cartels, etc, they shouldn't go (or sometimes live) so many places in the US. I wish I could have afforded to come to MX with the two of you this winter. But, can't live on my wishes :)
