I just had one shipped to my brother and his wife for his birthday. We don't "do" birthdays, but I just wanted them to have to have this because they LOVE to cook and are very good at it...

He has one of those full size type smokers (either gas or wood), which is far more of a pita than this little thing for a quick dinner...
