Someone who remains unnamed told me that there was a birthday thread for me and asked why I hadn't been on the forum lately. I got no good excuse so I'm back and asking forgiveness for being gone so long. You gals ARE the best...thank you for not forgetting me and remembering my birthday...sniff, sniff (me being very contrite...)

Yes, my retirement t is imminent...31 December is the big day!!
Yes, I'm settled and loving SoCal
No, I've not had FooFoo out since I parked her in March. I am embarrassed to admit that. :oops: But unlike some of you, for whom I have the utmost respect, I am not comfortable all by myself..I simply am not good at navigating and driving alone. Give me one good navigator, and I will go anywhere. My travel mate who came across the country earlier this year (OMG that was ten months ago??) and I are talking about going up to the Black Hills next year. Oh to find a local travel mate here in SoCal... :roll:

And no, I don't think Mitch really made that cake, but I am so tickled that she found and posted it!! <3
