Painting my old friend

Postby kdmac » Mon Nov 12, 2012 9:21 pm

I don't send this for any narcissistic reason, only to show it so I can get feedback as to whether any of you would really buy this...I have found a restaurant that is willing to allow me to hang my paintings in hopes they will sell. Now be honest..I can take it....I may cut my ear off but I can take any truth and critizism.

Really good, Kathy! Don't know why it wouldn't sell. Mt. St. Helens?

This is very good. You have wonderful detail on the pines, sky, and mountain. I couldn't find your signature block and this is defintely worth signing. Have confidence girl; you are good!

I appreciate art and artist (paintings, photos, sculptures, etc), although I don't purchase art works. I enjoy strolling thru galleries and art and craft fairs admiring the artist works. With all that said, I think you should display your art on the walls of the cafe. There are many art lovers out there that do purchase art for themselves, family and friends.

Oh that is gorgeous. I see growth in your paintings...think this is the best so far. And like Carolyn, I don't buy artwork anymore...no place for it, but for those that do...this is quality. Keep 'me coming.

It is beautiful. If I was buying art, I would buy it. It is peaceful and calming.
