Ahhhhh! I think I'll throw a couple of decent sized pieces of wood on the fire. Oh my goodness I'm in heaven!!! I think I will relax for just a few before I head to bed.

Ya know if ya think about it? How much better can it really get? Got Barbz kitchen, always fresh hot coffee, goodies, friends and gossip for in the morning. And it really don't matter what time ya stop by in the kitchen, morning, noon or evening your always welcome.

Got Fernie's bestest campfire ever in the whole world for in the evenings and nights. Shoot ya can even stop by the campfire any time of the day. The campfire is always here and of course everyone is always 'welcome' at a campfire. Never have to worry about running out of wood or beer and no forest fires. Got the bestest Sistahs in the RV world in our forum.

And as stated we have the best Sistahs in the whole RV world. There's none that can hold a candle to 'em. They are quick with goodies, advise, jokes, giggles and of course a hug when ever ya might feel the need. They dispense candles, prays, good thoughts and lots of love to all.

Now! Where else can ya go to find what we have here that is so good for the heart and soul? Hmmmm? Have any ideas?

Nope, didn't think so!!!

Ladies your all the best!!!!

ohhhh, nice and warm fire, it was so cold this morning, we actually had a little snow
just north of town in Carefree. But weather is only temporary, better days are ahead.
I never did get a nap today, my daughter called when I was just laying down and she
needed me to puppysit while she went to work. Her dads little dog had puppies again
 and there is one left and she is thinking of keeping it. It would be younger
sister to her little dog she has now. Minpin and chi mix. She has named her Sugar.
She gets off soon and will come by and get her. Sugar has been a good girl all afternoon.
Its kinda funny thinking I'm able to manage 4 little dogs in a fifth wheel, little Sugar
slept in my extra kennel and kept Bandit in his part of the time, everyone just wanted
to play with her but she was a little bit scared but did well to hold her own. Its been
quite an interesting day. To top everything off, Gracie came into heat on christmas,
I was planning her going to the vet on Tueday for a spay but thats gonna have to be
put off till all her swelling is down. Tomorrow Bandit goes over to visit my friend for
a few weeks so there will be no accidental puppies. Guess I'm tired but my mind is
still busy so will just enjoy the fire and soon my daughter will come get the baby
and I can go to bed.

Thank you Lori and Ernie for the fire wood. It is so nice not to have to worry about "wood" crossing the county or states lines. Worry free wood....if you know the right people. The pups enjoyed the few warmer days here in Ohio. They finally got me out to take a walk with them. They remind me often that if we took that MH farther south that the weather would encourage more walks. They saw Molly on that beach, too. It is looking less and less likely for this year. My gas money is going towards removing my wisdon teeth....ugh. There goes what wisdom I could claim. Enjoying the fire this morning with a hot cup of tea. Small Remi dog is heading off to the Vet with me later this morning. He ran into something sharp over the weekend and has a cut on his face. (It could have been Blondie's tooth, but now one is fessing up.) He doesn't like the e-collar at all. Makes him play "statue" pup! Take care, stay warm and keep the logs on the fire.

Echo, you said it all, I agree wholeheartedly . This is the best place to be. Barbs kitchen or the campfire will fix any ailment. Some really great people in both places.

Getting colder outside here, so the campfire really feels good. Soos, I'd sure love to set at your campfire in the snow. Would be a first for me, and I bet its fun.

Nite ladies, its late but not midnight yet, but the forum time will say, I have been a really bad nightowl

Haven't been here for a while between the wind and Bill's cold - didn't want to spread any thing. Both are much better today. Its amazing how small this RV gets when you don't get out for a few days.
Think I'll just sit around quiet like and enjoy all the goings on.

just stopping by to stir the fire and kick up my feet. I'm just a tad tired after riding
that train all afternoon and we had to sit and wait while they cleaned up an accident
the train in front of us had, guess someone didn't pay attention to the lights and
the train clipped a car. Its only the second occurance and I'm sure there will be many
more, just hope none are serious.

Sure am glad the campfire is going good, its cold here this morning, sun's out and I am inside, so I do have to admit, its a beautiful day. When Maggie and I, went out, I was surprised the wind isn't blowing as it was yesterday and it didn't feel bad. Temp wasn't as low yesterday either, but was sooooo cold. The wind really gets to me. I may head for warmer climate next winter if this winter is as cold as its started out to be. Now to find where its warmer. Az, might be an idea, or maybe Fl.

Sure glad someone has kept the fire going, doesn't look like too many have been here lately. Guess that will change once we all get over our holiday doings.

Stay warm and safe

I've brought a couple more logs for the fire. Can I join in? I've been on the computer all afternoon (what a way to spend the first day of the new year!) trying to buy minutes for my Tracfone. What an ordeal. I'm going to have to pony up and buy a computer with an operating system later than Stone Age!! Gosh that fire feels good! Cheryl

I just shoveled out my woodpile again, too, and brought a bunch of firewood in here. I will lug a few out to that fire, along with a clean, dry chair in which to sit for a bit and watch the dancing flames of the new year.

Hope you are all toasty and happy today, this first day of January, 2009.

Thanks Cheryl and Soos for toting some more logs here,... a perpetual campfire sure does use up the wood!

I hear you on the Tracfone problems Cheryl, I go through he-double q every three months. For some reason I end up having to call them every time. and because there was no cell signal here at my home until just a month ago it was always an interesting call. But tracfone is perfect for me. I only use the cellphone when traveling to Plattsburgh for groceries, etc. or when away camping.

Soos,... hope you are enjoying Goog and Melissa, they must be leaving shortly,... is it today? Sorry to see them go, I know you love having them home.

OK,.. I'm sitting here watching the flames dancing and sipping my coffee that I brought over from Barbzeee's kitchen,.... Lots of chairs in the circle, come join us!

SOB---yes, they go back today. This week was WAY too short. They take off at 5:45 this evening to return to Orlando. I am hoping that a job might be awaiting at least one of them when they get back there. That would be such a super New Year's present.

Here are a few more logs for the fire-----and I will need to get some more for in here, too.

Happy Friday!
