Let's start our day with a good morning here.

T-esday, with no "yew" AGAIN!

Good morning ladies! :P The coffee is HOT! I did say "rabbit" first thing yesterday morn, & didn't know why. I've never heard of doing that; now I realize it's to bode good things for me? YIPPEE!! However, I got carried away yesterday morning browsing other topics/posts, & missed y'all... Great pix of the NW GTG--take a look, if yew haven't already!...Teaching again today (did that yesterday too). Soos, cold & wet in the Adirondacks? (how was the festival?!) We had a break in the valley & I was able to mow in the afternoon. Trees are getting to peak color here. Magnificant :!: I loved the comment yesterday re the "booboo" which was only half-read for "boob." Nope, I don't think I'd let CW do one of those "jobs" for me either! It was a great LOL moment for me this morning, tho! Love y'all for brightening my day...and hope "yo- alls" (that ones for yew, Red ;) even tho it needs that certain letter that I don't have anymore!!!) & the other "y'all"s have a great day, be safe & Yes, "they" say a good giggle is good for one's health!

Good morning again from Tunica - this time with sunshine!!!! Now need the wind to subside.
We visited a couple of different casinos yesterday; think everyone won at least a little something but no one came up with a fortune to invest for more travel. We must be easy to entertain as in watching little things spin around in slots while eating our money.
I'm not on Facebook but think Sharon and/or Mitch posted a few casino photos there.
Wishing all a great day.

Good morning, all! -- and good luck with the "yew", too.

Today is quiet, but a camper show starts later this week, and I can hardly wait to go and see. Fun stuff!

Good morning gals! Packing and moving day for me (again  ). Just doing laundry now and then heading to work to pick up my paycheck so I can pay my rent today. I won't be able to start moving stuff in to the new place until tonight and tomorrow since they are still cleaning and painting in there. I will be so glad to finally get in there and get totally unpacked and settled for once! I've felt like a transient for the past two years!

The weather has been picture perfect the past week or so! 70's and sunny! The colors are gorgeous! Need to get out with my camera and take a few pics before the leaves drop.

I should be able to pick up my new kitty tomorrow too! Yay!

Hope you all have a great day!

Barbie, it's an exciting day...new apartment and new kitty. Everything certainly seems to be shaping up for you with your move back home. Be sure and take pictures of new home and kitty. We're all excited!

dolphin swim around, came home and cleaned
and somewhat orginized craft room.
I am sure something will come up now for me
to do...this afternoon...or maybe I could

GOOD MORNING SISTAHS!!! (yeah it's a few past noon but oh well. ;) )

I have a good excuse for not posting before noon!! I was sleeping. After all the running around yesterday I was really tired but just didn't realize exactly how tired I was until I laid down. Whew!!! Kelly got up this morning, got Shade off my bed, took her out to P, put her back in bed with me, went to clean bathrooms, came back got Shade off my bed and took her out again, then put her back in the trailer!! And I didn't wake up for any of that until she took Shade off the bed the second time cause she had to entice her off the bed!!! Now that's bad. But then again I was a bad girl for being out and about so long yesterday running around. Got up a little before 9am yesterday and went out the door at 9:30 to go to the doctors for lab work stick! When done there I had to run paperwork to the safety girl, then over to the restaurant to get signed, then back to safety and of course everyone wanted to talk and a run down as to what happened and how I was doing. Finally got home at about 12:45pm I think? Then back out the door to go to DHS cause I got a letter that said I had missed an appointment. I sure didn't remember any appointment!! Sat there in that office and worked on paperwork for assistance thru the hospital for the hospital bills that are gonna start flooding in and also made a few important phone calls while there. Had to race back home then, grab Kelly and get her to work, dropped her off with 10 minutes to spare, went and got gas, then back to WalMart and did some grocery shopping. By time I was checking out I had the shakes and had sweat pouring off!!! I checked out and headed straight for the bench at Cust Service and sat down for about 15/20 minutes. When I felt a little rested I left and headed home. I got home, carried in my fridge/freezer stuff and left the rest of it in the truck. First thing in the door I grabbed my oxygen and sat down for a few, then I put away my meats and what not. Had to go back and pick Kelly up at 11pm and ended up picking up a few things I didn't get earlier. I really don't want to be doing that again!!! I don't think it would have been as bad if I could have gotten a hold of one of the battery operated buggies but I couldn't so used a regular cart and walked.

Temp outside must be getting warm for sure although I haven't been out the door to actually feel it for myself! But have got the A/C turned on as it was getting really warm in here!! When ya sit inside in nothing but a T-shirt and panties and start to sweat? Yep it's a little warm. Have got dishes to do and some cleaning too so will be trying to see how much of that I can get done today. Yesterday I got NONE of it done. I'm staying my butt home today! And tomorrow is Kelly's day off so what I can't get done she can help me with tomorrow!  Day off?

OK, enough for now. Gonna go check up on ya'll and see what's going on in your worlds. Hope ya'll have a great day, have fun but be careful. Drive safe too!!!

Love to all

Checked into a commercial RV park yesterday after spending four nights in a forest service campsite. Only problem was that a mountain prevented us from getting any cell phone or internet service, so I am sitting here today closer to Flagstaff so I can catch up on work. Dislike being so close to people, but I really needed the hookups to dump and the access to airwaves.

I am using my son's address and he moved over the weekend, so that means I need to contact SS, Medicare, insurers of all sorts, banks, 401K locations, and a ton of other places. Plus I need to get some work done on my online class so that I am ahead for a couple of weeks. If I work ahead, there is no panic if I cannot get good internet access for a few days. I need to update a couple of upcoming assignments so students cannot submit old papers, either their own or from others!! If I assign very narrow topics and change them each semester, it makes it a lot harder to cheat. I have 50 students, so I get paid for a double class, but it is double work. Will help me get caught up on Visa bills, so I am happy about that.

So I am just relaxing right now online and watching cable TV, which is also a real treat after having hardly any TV for well over a month.

Also, I have a service contract on my old, backup Dell, and the guy came yesterday and will come today once he receives the right part from Dell. Nice to have in-home warranty, even if your home moves around!

Judy, you are lucky you got someone from Dell to come out. I have a Dell computer. I had paid for the in-home service when I bought it and I could never get them to send someone and I'm not traveling across the country. After the last conversation with someone in India and he wanted me to take my computer apart in my bedroom floor I took it to a local repair man. If Dell thinks I will ever buy from them again they are sorely mistaken.

Not much planned for today. I have a dinner meeting tonight. Have to decide if I'm going to town early enough to go to Walmart before the meeting or go another day. I don't go to Walmart at night alone. The meeting is at a Chinese place, not my favorite food. Our favorite restaurant burned so wonder if we will have a Christmas party this year. Not many places that have a meeting room.

Sorry you had trouble with Dell. This is my third laptop with an in-home contract with them, and they have always come out to fix things with no problems. In fact, they usually Fed-ex the part the day I call them and come out the next day.

It may be that you are out of their service area. I had to get closer to a major city (Flagstaff) before they would ship the part. They don't always have technicians in small town areas.

Nice that you have a good technician you can use!

Martha, the two times I had to have Dell repair my laptop they sent a guy from Beaumont TX. I would think they would have a person in Lafayette that they could have sent out to you.
