My blow out several years ago was in TN. Like you I'm hoping I'll never have a repeat. Once was more than enough. Someone elses turn. Preferably no one else on the forum.

Great picture. Love seeing the smiling faces.

That is such a great photo of the group under the new roof. Hope Carolyn wins big in Tunica to help pay for that new roof. Enjoy the dinner tonight - it's a nice place to visit. Sarah, it's nice to know you are out and about in that new rig you bought in Florida.

Margie, I hope the same thing.

Today was a hoot! There were six of us piled into my HHR. Thank goodness Liz is a little thing. She fit into the back quite nicely and we only forgot to get her out once.

We went for lunch at Cumberland Mtn State Park and it was delish! Great idea BJ. Then a stop at Simonton Cheese shop to look around and an antique store. On to Walgreens & CVS for our drug pick up. Wendy had never been through a drive-through that didn't supply fries. Now she has. The conversation proceeded to how much was in the bail fund & would that cover the six of us??? We knew that bail fund is out West somewhere & didn't know how fast it would get here so we straightened up and headed to the winery. Even though the Tree House is closed by the fire marshall, we went over to see it from the road. Then home to snacks for dinner and a little time by the fire. Forecast was for a storm brewing so the party broke up early.

Breakfast in the morning and Carol, Liz and BJ are going to hit the road. The weather has been perfect & it's been fun having them up here & some of the trees are even starting to turn.

There weren’t enough seats in Carolyn’s car for all of us, so I volunteered to ride in the “trunk.” I didn’t think they would forget I was there.

We went to Cumberland Mountain State Park for their buffet dinner. Here we are outside the restaurant: me, Carol, BJ, Carolyn, Sarah, Wendy.

BJ trying to explain how she forgot to get the dumpling in her chicken and dumplings. (You had to be there...)

Pretty arched bridge at the park.

Next stop was for Cheese. Lots of samples.

Sitting outside after the samples.

I think this is where they wanted to forget me in the car. Oh the places they drag me to.

This sign outside should help those wanting to quit smoking.

Samples here too.

More samples.

Carolyn has two glasses?

No, Carolyn has 3 glasses!

Carolyn drove us by the Minister’s Tree House

Even though it’s now closed.

Guess they used to tolerate all that stuff, but no longer!

We all made it safely back to the campground, and no bail money is needed yet. Tonight we managed to eat again at Carolyn's and had a nice campfire, and a lot more laughs. Carolyn is really a great hostess and no one really mistreated me, except maybe Sarah when she tried to bounce me off the golf cart going over the speed bumps, lol.

There have been wild times in TN. :) Everyone looks great!

Seems Liz always ended up in the interesting non-seats in Alaska, too! :o  Laps, floors...that woman will sit anywhere to go on a car ride! Something about being vertically challenged (like Mitch) Liz always agreed/volunteered for the left over spaces. At least she got windows this time. I remember the little voice coming up from the floor asking about the scenery in Whitehorse and what we were seeing..... We did see that she got fed regularly :) and we let her out for exercise.
