I'm sorry I haven't welcomed you officially. It is Greers Ferry Lake (corp of engineers) about 60 miles north of Little Rock. We are in the foothills of the Ozarks, naturally a tourist town (by the way, the town sets in between the mountains), really pretty and friendly. We have been a retirement area since the dedication of the dam in 63, so we have many Yankees among us, in fact probably outnumbering the old established families. Home sales are down here just like everywhere but the fact we still have retirees moving in gives me encouragement .
Note to Judy...I gave most of my pictures to my granddaughter so I might go get 2 or 3 of them. I swore I wouldn't put another nail in the wall but the pictures I would use are wrapped canvas and very lightweight..a small nail would hold them and I could fill the hole and dot with a little paint easily

Why not use a Command picture hanger that is removable instead of a nail? No mus no fuss.

You've done a wonderful job, Nan, It's a lovely home from the outside and inside is very welcoming. Now, relax and onto the next item on your list. Hope relaxing and enjoying is not to far down on that list.

After your list is done , how about bringing your experience to N.C.???? :?
