Looks model-home perfect!

One thing I did at the last moment was print out some photos of flowers and such from clip art and put them in some old picture frames to make it look more homey. Cheap and easy.

Good luck with your sale. Mine sold within 4 days, which shocked me, so you also may be lucky.

Oh, Nancy, well done!! It looks lovely and appealing to all those prospective buyers out there. Great staging, too.

After the week I've had at work - a house near a lake in Arkansas sounds mighty tempting :D

Come one, come all to check out my little corner of the world. I can feel my body relaxing..Tony has quite alot of acreage and today I put the leash on Rudy (he loves to be on a leash for some reason) and we took a walk through the woods. I was doctored up for ticks and Rudy has his frontline so hopefully I won't find any ticks on me. As I walked I was dreaming of the many walks we will take in many new places. I am pinching myself to realize I am this far along. As someone said 'it's not over til it's over'. Thanks for your words of encouragement and I do so hope you are right. I am not going to worry...I've done he best I can getting it ready. Since my house sits on the west side of the acre I am considering having the guy who put my septic tank in come back and smooth out the other half and plant some winter rye. It really would look good as we approach winter. I think it might be worth the extra bucks.
Rudy will get his last walk for today now as I need to go back to the house and lock it up. I didn't do much today, just a little extra polishing on the furniture and cleaning the windows in both garages...don't know how I missed this as they sure did need the cleaning but I will find little things every time I go back down, no doubt.
Thanks for all your good wishes and prayers. For those of you who need prayers also please let it be known. I'm a little behind with welcomes to our new members but I do love to read the intro's and will catch up...

That looks super nice!!! Love the floors. Will be keeping my fingers crossed that you have a quick sale and that you can then get to rolling down the road.

Great Job!!! It really looks nice and prayers will be sent for a quick sale. I am steadily plowing along, but certianly have a long way to go to get where you are.
