Thank you all for the well wishes :D

DH did a good job waking me up every few hours asking dumb questions, like who is the president??
Won't repeat what I said

As I told Maggie, I feel like I was run over by a truck ! Oh Yeah, I WAS run over by a truck
Plagued with head ache and dizziness when looking at bright light, TV, computer  DH
Bruises appearing across my chest and lower tummy. Yes, I am staying down and resting, except for going to Massage Envy to intervene those kinking neck muscles. ;)

DH doing OK. Normal soreness, but his knee (been replaced twice, same knee) is hurting more than normal.

I feel sorry for the driver of the other car and the repair shop the wreckers took the truck to - they tried to get DH to sign a work order before he had even talked to the Insuance co. There is no wrath like a retired attorney with too much time on his hands

Red, I'm so glad it wasn't any worse than it was. I'm glad to hear you're on the mend and hope you continue in that direction. Please take it easy.

Wow, Chris...so glad you are and DH are Okay but like all the rest said, don't ignore anything that seems amiss. I guess this does mean a little change of plans where the RV is concerned. Keep us posted on how you're doing...

Chris, be sure and continue to take care of yourself. Enjoy the pampering! Agree about the bigger truck since you're a Texacan now.  Bigger truck equals bigger RV. Just sayin' since DH is looking with you now.

OMG ! How did I miss this. I have been here at least a dozen times in the last 24 hours and did not see this post. I am so glad you are doing OK. Prayers are on the way that you mend quickly with no lasting issues.

Oh my gosh Red, sure am glad you weren't hurt anymore that some bumps and bruises and your DH either. Good thing you were in a truck than a car. Way more solid.

Yep, certainly looks like a new truck in your future. Hard way to get it but......

Hopefully your head is quieting down more each day....the bruises just get uglier for awhile. :)

Glad that you both are still breathing and able to complain about sore knees. Hope all body parts are repairable. ...and the truck replaceable....
