Those of you who have been here for awhile have followed my journey as a Grammy. Well, Tuesday was Ava's 1st day of school.



Her Daddy sent it to us yesterday. And yes, this Grammy cried....she is growing so fast....

Awwww.... I'm tearing up too, but nice that it's for a GOOD feeling instead of the tears of sadness over the last few days. It's been an emotional week! Perfect that her Dad made her hold that sign - great teasing material in about 10-12 years!

Such a doll. They grow up so fast. I raised 5 kids. No tears when #1 went to kindergarten or for the rest...except for my baby. I cried like a baby for days when she started kindergarten

Thanks, everyone.....talked with the DS today, and he said she really likes school so far....I believe the song is "Turn Around", but I'm probably wrong....but it is a fav of mine, too.....

We're on our way to Las Vegas.....spending the night in Evanston, WY.....tomorrow night, Cedar City, UT....then into Nellis AFB on Sat.......

We really enjoyed meeting you, too...
