Adding Two More to the "Dumb" Questions List

Thanks, Rver. I have only vents in the air conditioner. Since I am in Bakersfield, CA, and it is 99 out I turned on the AC when I got plugged in and opened the vents.

With the vents open, the cold air comes directly down from the AC. I agree that it probably doesn't really cool anything off sooner, but it does cool off the living room faster, I think. I am going to close them now so the air will start going through the ceiling vents and reaching all parts of the coach.

Dawn, I agree with you 100% about loving living in my motorhome. It really feels like home to me, and I would rather stay here than anyplace else! I also am so glad to be rid of so much of my stuff, although someday I will have that 10x20' storage shed to deal with if I give this up and buy a condo or home again.

My DH wanted to get our well tested after our property was flooded twice. He thought that was something the health department did but not any more. If you want to get your well tested you have to pay someone to do it. I don't know what the rules are for businesses that might have a well. We now have a community water system so have that in our house and use the well for the farm.
