Results from Cardio Doc on Zeee (that's me!)

Hey there ... just thought I'd stop in and YELL... I'm back

Went to my Cardio Doc to get the results of my Echo and Nuclear (Bombs away) tests...and as he puts it >>>>>

"Your tests show no difference...You still show Positive in the same Area..and a little into the apex...(LAD)"

Now to make it simple... I have 9 stents all placed into my LAD of my heart..which is known as "The Widow Maker"..

See I have never been one to go for the small ones...it's either Major or not at all Sorry I'm joking about this
but I've had heart disease for over 20 years and at first I was totally shocked as I had 3 heart attacks in a row..
Went from being a very active business woman to a humble ole little lady...still feisty but really humble.. and in order
to deal with my illness I've added humor to it..cause I've had many many issues with some major results..

My Doc is fantastic although in the beginning when I first went to him it was INSTANT DISLIKE...but now after all
these years...he's my best friend...and has always been there for me...Thank the Good Lord..

He also said to me..."This is your call, but if you have another episode of what happened on your way back from Florida you will go into the Cath Lab and we will explore to see what gives ."..OUCH>..but I'm ok with that...as I've been feeling better and stronger...and I don't kid myself on this...if I have any hesitation I'm there being done !

So that's my story of my heart..don't even want to go into the rest of what makes me tick hahahaha...cause I'm donating my body to SCIENCE...truly...cause with the amount of drugs I take to keep living...well, don't even wanna go there..

Thank you all for your prayers and kind words...You just never know how much I really do appreciate them...You are all so special to me...even if you don't say HEY...LOL..

Barb - We don't know each other, but I've followed your posts since I joined here. I'm sorry you have to deal with all this. Your feistiness hides all the troubles. Keep on keeping on; I'm glad to read you'll get into the lab if you sense trouble.

Good news - that things are the same, no new damage. Glad to hear that.

And for those of you who get a chance to sample Zeee's cooking - DO IT. She's a great cook - a great hostess - well, dang it, an all around great person and so much fun to spend time with.

Love ya Zeee - and you have to stay around a long, long time as I have no clue when I'm gonna get east again.

Zeee, I'm glad the tests didn't show anything that can't be dealt with. You'll know if the time comes to do something else.

I have been on this site off and on for a couple years and I never knew you had these heart issues. But, it sure seems you are really on top of it and doing what you must to keep winning. How wonderful to have your good doctor, that has to give you such comfort and confidence. There certainly is nothing wrong with taking life extremely easy and taking good care to not overdo....we deserve it! I am a praying person and I certainly will keep you in my prayers.

Zee, somehow in the two years since I joined I too somehow failed to learn about your heart problems. You are an INSPIRATION to all of us with your fantastic outlook and attitude. None of us know what is around the corner for us. I join with the other praying ladies in lifting you up....I would love to sample your cooking someday. When you talk about what's in the oven for the day my mouth starts watering.

Glad that the report was a good one, meaning nothing has changed with you....sounds like you and the "Cardio Guy" have everything under control...and he's there for you if needed....I just think the "episode" was just a reminder to you that "ya' got to "chill" every once in awhile"......
