Great pix of claming ala Alaska style. As a kid I loved claming with my uncle at the SoCal O.C. beaches. Then we would go home and make chowder and watch football. I didn't have to shuck them, so it was all fun and games.

I agree looks like cold hard work! I do like clam strips and clam chowder,but I want them delivered to the table ready to eat!
