DPK...(Pat) Aaaah ! You get an Atta Gal for that one..oooooooh Pat that looks like it's a gooder...and a sweet fix for sure...You did good !! I'd surely be crowned on that number..."Domestic Queen" cause I'd be really buzzing...LOL... but I bet they are good too.....It's lookin better....

Bethers....now ya know I don't miss much..and some days although I don't post it..the mind is in full gear..gives me inspiration to my next graphic...speaking of which...I have a few I did yesterday...will have ya smilin'... Carold (Carol) Isn't it wonderful..to be able to talk with family from your computer and it's free...those programs have been around a long time..some work ok..but the newer ones are much better... I chat from time to time with my Brothers...they still live in Italy..only come to the USA a few times.. It's good to see you posting too... I checked in the Show off your Rig section... did I miss your picture of your "New " rig..????? Ok, sista's I'm in need of a refill...and to have my quiet time..Oh yeah..as this really is always the best time for me...sit back and just enjoy ....My table is getting set now...and I see my family arriving... one by one.. and listening to all on what's there day gonna be... Mornin', mornin' one and all. It's good to be alive! Beth and I had a great day in Mexico...and a good laugh due to my mistaking something she said! My first task this morning will be uploading and posting photos. Good news...Bogie has been really crippled with arthritus. Our 5 mile walks are things of the past. I had to help him into the truck, onto the couch and lately he has even had a problem with TT steps. I felt the end was near to a good life for him. On an impulse while we were at the Vet Pharmacy in Progresso I asked if there was pain medication for dogs with arthritus. The guy sold me the meds for it. As Bogie is sensitive to medication, he weighs 83lbs, but before when I gave him the amount of medication appropriate for his weight I thought I had killed him, so last night I gave him half a pill. This morning he woke up in a great mood, "laughing" and rolling on his back and wiggling. We went to the Beach for his morning P and while he didn't want to hike, he was trying to trot. So now I'm trying to decide whether to give him half a pill trice a day, or a whole pill, or just to stick to one half a day. Its so good to have my dog back.

The sun just this moment broke over the eastern ridge. Garsh, I'm not awake yet! The turkeys did their best to get me up and going but I didn't get dressed fast enough to get outside before they wandering off for their day of foraging. It's too cold to hang around when you are hungry!

We are at 16 this moring, above zero mind you. I think we are due to drop to -4 Saturday night as this front moves through. But with our fresh supply of propane due today...I'm not worried!

I just need to get heine in gear, wrap gifts and clear off the j-couch. It's piled high with stuff so the only place I have to sit is at the computer at the dinette. Now if I'd piled it here I'd be on the couch asleep so I guessed it worked out ok1

Mom & went in to the Crawford city schools christmas program. They had the kids from pre-school on up to High School do something. In a small community they can do that -- it's so special to see them all do thier best to sing or play thier instruments.

Well, I'd better get pills and try to get ready for the day ~` catch yas later ~~ Shell

Good morning everybody! Many are in a rush this morning....busy, busy, busy with last day of school, Christmas doings, etc. We have another beautiful balmy day ahead in FL so I'm determined to get some work done in my back yard. The perimeter becomes a jungle every summer, especially when I'm away traveling, so it's a lot of trimming and brush clearing to do. I just do a little at a time, trying to be mindful of safety with my chainsaw...

Sparkle, glad to hear Bogie is feeling better...maybe I need some of that med for my aches and pains and arthritic joints! Looking forward to your pictures and the stories to be told.

Cedar...must have been in too big of a hurray today, she's mia.

Have a great day, all.

Good morning every one - from here in Mexico. Don't know what time it is for sure - I think we are in mountain time but will have to ask someone today to make sure. Any way the sun is coming over the mountains behind us. Oh I guess if I open the tinted windows it is lighter out than it looked. Dah. Wake up. Love seeing all the art work and reading the recaps. How do I miss so much when I read them.
We put up a tiny tree and wreath with lights last nite but for some reason it just doesn't seem like Christmas - maybe as it gets closer.
Hope to get our Direct TV connected later today - don't miss the news is the governer convicted yet? do I care?
Well wishing you all very good times today. Keep warm and dry.
Wow this is the second time I posted while someone else was beating me to it - good thing I was paying attention or it too would have floated off into never never land. Bye again

Morning all - I'm running behind this morning - need to be out of here to go to Walmart with Sparkle - but had to stop in and say hi.

The meds Sparkle is giving Bogie are exactly what Moxie was taking for years. I gave her a small dose twice a day instead of the big one once a day - worked best for her and kept her out of pain and ready to play - until the arthritis took away most of her muscles - but gave me a couple more years, I believe.

Okies, I need to take some other vet meds I picked up for someone here in the park to them and get my bod over to Sparkles to head to Wallie Worrld.

Have a great day all - and I'll catch up on all the posts later :)

I'm late, I'm late, for a very important date!.... with all of you HERE in Zeee's kitchen! here it is just after 11 a.m. and I'm here at work. This a.m. was one of those crazy mornings. This evening is our faculty/staff dinner and I had to bake for my contribution. I was making "beer bread" instead of being online much this a.m.

We'll be having two weeks off now so i'll be catching up starting tomorrow!

I've been on the road for a week, so haven't had much of a chance to post. Right now I'm in the parking lot of a Pilot somewhere near Casa Grande, AZ. One more day and I'll be back in San Diego for a month-Christmas with my mom, etc.

It's been a fun trip back, beginning with seeing Lou for a couple of days in Tulsa, then driving down to Mineral Wells, Texas for a day with my good friend Fran from Kanab last year. One of my workamping friends from Coffeyville arranged for me to stay with her dad and his wife in Hobbs, NM where I saw the biggest darn Barbie doll collection I've ever seen. Didn't even know they MADE that many Barbies. Turned out her daughter has even more! After an interesting trip from Hobbs to Las Cruces, dipping down into Texas again, I finally paid for a night in an RV park in order to do some laundry. Passport America came through on that one. Last night I stayed with my friend's son and DIL in their brand new house in Tucson--they just moved in during November. Turned out I could have done laundry there, but no problem. Very nice young couple, both in the Air Force. They made homemade pizza for dinner last night and we talked a long time. They offered me some coffee mugs as well as an almost brand-new set of pots and pans because they were extras. So, that was a really nice Christmas present for my own present, the house in Oklahoma.

Off in a few minutes to boondock overnight with another friend somewhere in Yuma--need to look up the directions. Then the last leg of this trip tomorrow, into Lakeside, CA.

Oh, BTW, if anyone posts or reads the Workamper News forums, I had lunch yesterday in Benson, AZ with junglejim and his wife, Pnut. Very cool people - lots of fun. So, this trip has been one of meeting and spending lots of time with both old and new friends. And driving this RV without pulling the pickup is so much fun--I can maneuver it almost anywhere. And the price of gas makes it even more fun.
