That would be great Maggie. Just not enough time this time for all of us to head south. Too many things going on right now. That's fixin to change, thank goodness! I bet we can come up with another time later on though.

Well grab Red and go. That's what GTG's are about ya know. Traveling to GTG and meet up. Do it next week and the 4 of us can have a wild GTG!!! At least for a couple of days anyway. :lol:

That would be soooo much fun :lol:

However, DH and I leave Tues for a week in Maine (visit one of his college buddies) then to Iowa for his # 2 son's wedding. Well figure out a way for a gtg in the future.

Tho Maine sounds really, really good at the moment. But it gets freaking hot up there too. But that dang N. Atlantic water would cool ya back down in a heartbeat. If it was still beating after the shock of ice like water!!! :lol: Ask me, I know all about it!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

curious as to where in IA you are going? DH was from there and we lived in the state for 2-3 years...

Bride & groom live in Boulder, CO. Bride is from LeClaire/Moline area and wedding is there cuz most of her family is there and grandma is to feeble to travel. Looking forward to visiting the antique shop Antique Archeology from the TV show " American Pickers" in LeClaire. :P But won't buy anything cuz I'm trying to down size :?
