I don't think they are thieves and hopefully have not trashed the boat. Since he owns an extermination business here and Mom had used him a few years ago when she had a small mice problem, I really did not expect to have a problem with their check. I do still have insurance on the boat. Not about to cancel that as long as the title is still in our name.

Barbie, it sounds like it is not meant for you to do much else there before you head out on your way back.

We had an explosion a few years back at a gas well down the road. It was scary at the time and a couple of the well workers were killed, which was horrible.

I love Desiderata! My copy of it is so raggedy now that I need to find the document I saved and reprint it! Have you heard Les Crane's version of it with music? I also need to digitize that cut on the album so I can hear it out here in the trailer. Thanks for reminding me of this!
