Found out he also has business flipping houses. He is sending his crew from that business and they are going to add a bedroom, remodel my kitchen, take out the carpet and repaint the whole house. He told me he figured he had better tell me all that because he said he did not want me worrying about painting and shampooing carpets, etc. He said he knew Inwould be planning to do that as soon as I had the house emptied out and he wanted to make sure I did not worry about any of that. The contractor needs 3 weeks to get all that done and the guy leasing the house needs to move in by the 25th of August. I told him I could work around the contractor if he could work around me packing. Told him I needed the MH to move my stuff into. Looks like there is going to be a bunch happening around here pretty quick now.
